Enhance Your Teaching Skills

A key aspect to becoming a ‘great’ yoga teacher is continued skill enhancement.

Completing a teacher training program has provided skills and knowledge for what to teach – now it’s time to hone how to teach.  It’s easy for your teaching to reach a plateau –  repeat your winning sequence and use the same words in your cuing. This course will refresh and expand your teaching skills by providing tools, competencies and confidence to move outside your comfort zone.  This course includes ample time to practice in a small and supportive group setting and receive constructive feedback.
